Hydro Extrusion Puget owns a smelter. An important part of its production is made from recycled aluminium.

In August 2019, significant work began on our Puget site to improve and rationalize our extrusion flows. We have invested in a brand new automation line from extrusion to packaging.

Our workshop

The Puget site is fully equipped with an anodizing workshop that treats 950,000m² of profiles per year. The maximum annual capacity of our line is 1,500,000m² of anodized profiles and it can process three types of coloring.

We also have two assembly lines for thermally broken profiles that can be QB 49 marked. To complete our offer, there is also a finishing workshop and additional services such as storage, design assistance or logistics platform.

In addition to our production capacities, Hydro Extrusion has a dedicated service to assisting customers on technical projects: the Technical Office France. From the conception to your product prototype, our experts are there to support you.
