Sethov joined Hydro in 2005, following many years as a journalist with the international news agencies Reuters and Dow Jones.

In June this year she became head of Hydro’s media relations and public affairs activities.

She holds journalism and communication degrees from the City University of London and California State University in the United States.

Sethov, who assumes her new position effective today, will report to Hydro President and Chief Executive Officer Eivind Reiten.
