portrait of Hilde Nordh Hilde Vestheim Nordh started as trainee in Hydro’s R&D organization in 1995 and continued as engineer in the same department, before she took on the role as Casthouse Manager at Hydro Karmøy.

Later she was HSE manager at Hydro Karmøy before she took the position as head of HSE, HR and CSR in Hydro’s business area Energy. Nordh also led the HR integration when Hydro acquired SAPA in 2017.

Nordh has a Master of Science (MSc) in Materials Science from RWTH Aachen in Germany.
