In her new position as Head of Communication and Public Affairs, Holm will report directly to President and CEO Hilde Merete Aasheim.

Holm has extensive and broad experience, including several senior positions in Hydro and other large companies across all main disciplines of communication and public affairs. She joined Hydro in 2014 and has since held several leadership roles, both in Hydro Group and in Hydro Extrusions.

Before joining Hydro, Holm was communication manager in the world’s leading seafood company Marine Harvest, now Mowi, where she worked with corporate communication in the period 2003-2011. Later she worked for Posten Norge, a Nordic postal and logistics group, where she was responsible for internal communication in the Mail division. 

Holm, a Norwegian national, is an economist graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
